Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the Bitbyts product you received for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name, and the reason for return inside the package. Alternatively, you may email us at support@bitbyts.com within 15 days of receipt, and we may request proof supporting your refund claim.
If 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not provide refunds for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or any other abnormal use.
Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded. We recommend that you ship your returned products to us via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, including but not limited to taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
Typically, within 7-12 business days of receiving your returned product, we will credit the amount paid (less any non-refundable shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase) to the payment method used for your order. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again, and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Cancellation
Please note that products produced by Bitbyts, including our smartwatches and accessories, are processed quickly upon order placement. Therefore, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this period has passed, we are unable to cancel your order.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your Order ID number at support@bitbyts.com. Exchanges can only be made for items that are of equal or lesser value than the original purchased item. Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name, and clearly indicate the product name along with details of the item you wish to exchange. We will reship the new order free of charge and notify you via email once the exchange has been processed.
Note: If an order is not signed for within 7 days, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will need to arrange for re-delivery and may be responsible for additional shipping costs. For more information, please contact us at support@bitbyts.com.
